PROCUREMENT MANAGER
We’re looking for a confident Procurement Manager who has superior negotiation skills and a solid background in purchasing and procurement. In this role you’ll be required to negotiate with key suppliers to ensure ingredients and packaging is uninterrupted to our plants, develop and maintain effective and professional relationships with stakeholders and consistently search for and obtain fair and competitive rates for all purchases.
Ideally you’ll have some exposure to the dairy or food industries, but more importantly a proven ability to plan and manage a busy and varied purchasing function. To be successful in this role you will need to be able to display strong communication skills, self confidence in managing suppliers, and an ability to think laterally in resolving supply & logistics issues with a positive outlook.

TECHNICAL OFFICER
Are you a graduate looking for the perfect training opportunity? Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Technical Officer will be responsible for sub-sampling products, ensuring external laboratory testing is completed and carrying out quality release procedures, ensuring all products sent to market meet customer and regulatory requirements, carrying out functional and sensory testing of products and maintaining specifications and contributing to organisational wide quality system development.
You will need to be a supportive team member, adaptable and self-motivated, possess excellent planning, organising and problem solving abilities, have effective communication skills and be customer and quality focussed. A science, food technology or related qualification is essential. This is an entry level role - full training and support will be provided to the successful candidate.

Nawton Primary School is a unique school in Hamilton which offers mainstream, bilingual and total immersion Maori for students. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administration Manager join their innovative and progressive School. Reporting to the Principal, you will provide a comprehensive range of administrative support services to her and also to the leadership team together with managing the administrative function for the School.
Responsibilities will be varied and will include preparing communications on behalf of the Principal, coordinating meetings, preparation and distribution of correspondence, student enrolment, IT support, including website maintenance, reception, travel and diary management and providing secretarial support by way of minute taking and word processing. In addition you will produce marketing material and contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives.
Your practical style combined with your strong computing skills, excellent organisational capabilities and well developed written and verbal skills will ensure your success in this role. The ability to work well both autonomously and collaboratively is critical, as is an adaptable approach that embraces change.
