Senga Allen – Managing Director and Human Resource Specialist
After more than 15 years experience as a human resource specialist, Senga Allen founded Everest Group Limited in 2006, Waikato's leading provider of outsourced human resources for small and medium sized businesses. Senga's background as a senior human resource practitioner in public and private sectors has spanned a diverse range of industries including manufacturing, finance, insurance and health. One of Senga's real passions is working with business owners to develop and implement practical and pragmatic solutions to make people management easy.

Di Hallifax - Human Resource Specialist
Di has had an extensive human resource career in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. She has worked with many small and large businesses including Waikato Institute of Technology (WINTEC), British Telecom, Arthur Andersen and Halliburton. Di prides herself on providing practical, effective and innovative human resource solutions to businesses. She has significant experience in operational human resources, project management, industrial and employment relations and recruitment. Working closely with businesses to make them the best employers they can be, together with achieving results and minimising risk is what Di enjoys most.

Libby Gairdner - Organisational Developer
Libby is an experienced transformation coach, trainer and consultant, with a focus on personal growth and professional/organisational leadership development. Libby's framework of practice is firmly grounded in cognitive disciplines, providing her with a broad platform of coaching tools and techniques to draw from when working with people. She promotes the principles of self-leadership and thought management to manage stress, to embrace change, and to sustainably increase performance. In addition, Libby develops the communication and coaching skills of managers and supervisors in order to have purposeful conversations with staff, increasing the accountability of all concerned and ultimately business outcomes. Her career pathway has included many years in vocational consultancy, as well as coaching and training on an extensive range of topics throughout New Zealand and overseas.

Wendy Bright - Human Resource Support
Wendy keeps the administration, marketing and financial wheels of Everest Group ticking along. Planning, organising, documentation and details are Wendy's key strengths. Wendy has worked in human resources for the past ten years, providing professional support to team members in the education and business sectors. She assists the Everest Group team to co-ordinate project timelines, communication plans and development of templates.
