Everest Group evolved from a group of Waikato-based business professionals with HR and small business ownership backgrounds.  The team consists of:

Senga Allen – Managing Director

Senga has gathered a wealth of HR experience from working as a senior HR professional in many industries over the years. Challenging the norm and getting business owners to think beyond today gives Senga enormous satisfaction. "I get a real buzz out of seeing businesses realise the importance of HR and the long term results attainable by having great HR practices in place."

Diane Hallifax – Director

Diane (Di) has over 15 years experience as an HR specialist working with many small and large organisations, including Waikato Institute of Technology, British Telecom, Arthur Andersen, Halliburton Brown & Root, Greens Industries and Shell Oil.  In these roles Diane has gained experience in Operational HR, Project Management, International HR, Change Management and Industrial Relations.  Her philosophy is that growing your people grows your business.
